This page covers the following, all operated by Marinode AI Solutions LLP, the developer name shown on our store listings:

Step 1 — Tell us who you are

So we can find the right account and confirm the request is genuinely yours, include:

• Which product the request relates to.
• The email address or username on the account.
• For the Marinode-ai app: the chat server or workspace address you sign in to.
• For a WhatsApp Business connection: the connected phone number.

The form above asks for all of this. Using the address on the account is the fastest route. If you use a different address, we will ask you to verify ownership before we delete anything — this protects you from someone else deleting your account.

Step 2 — Do these first, if they apply

Some accounts need a step completed before deletion can go ahead. If any of these apply to you, please handle them first or tell us and we will guide you:

• Active paid subscription — cancel it, or ask us to cancel it as part of the request. Deleting an account does not automatically refund or cancel a subscription billed through a third party such as Google Play.
• You are the only administrator of a workspace or FillNode account — transfer ownership to someone else first, or confirm in writing that you want the whole workspace deleted along with everyone in it.
• You want a copy of your data — ask for an export before you request deletion. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Step 3 — What we delete, and when

We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete verified requests within 30 days.

The only data we keep after deletion is what law requires us to keep, such as financial records, plus a minimal record that a deletion request was made and honoured. Retained records are not used for any other purpose. Full details are in each product’s privacy policy.

If your workspace is run by your employer

For the Marinode-ai app and FillNode, the organisation that runs your workspace is usually the data controller for its contents, and we act on their instructions. If your account belongs to an employer or client of ours, send us the request anyway — we will acknowledge it, pass it to that organisation, and support them in acting on it. We will tell you who we passed it to.

Revoking access without deleting your account

If you only want to cut off our access to a connected account rather than delete everything, you can do that yourself, immediately:

• Microsoft 365 / Outlook — revoke at myapps.microsoft.com.
• Google — delete the app password at myaccount.google.com/apppasswords.
• WhatsApp Business / Meta — remove Marinode AI under Business Settings → Apps at business.facebook.com/settings.
• Marinode-ai app — log out in the app, or uninstall it, to clear the data cached on your device.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority where another law applies to you.
